Position Overview:
The Meta Ads Manager is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling all paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) to generate high-quality leads and sales for Nomad Internet. This role owns campaign creation, targeting, creative placement, and audience testing with a daily focus on lowering cost-per-lead (CPL) and increasing return on ad spend (ROAS). The Meta Ads Manager must move fast, execute cleanly, and provide daily reporting to the Ads Manager, ensuring that campaigns stay profitable, compliant, and aligned with company offers.
1. Campaign Setup & Management
Create and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Build out ad sets, audiences, exclusions, and lookalikes based on strategic targets
Upload and test creative formats including single image, carousel, video, and dynamic ads
Launch new tests based on ad fatigue, cost spikes, or messaging adjustments
Monitor ad frequency, relevance scores, and budget pacing in real time
2. Performance Optimization
Pause low-performing ads and reallocate budget to winning creatives daily
Test headlines, body copy, creatives, and call-to-actions weekly
Maintain strict control over CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPM trends
Optimize landing page alignment by working with CRO and offer teams
Ensure all tracking pixels are firing and UTM parameters are properly tagged
3. Audience & Funnel Strategy
Maintain structured segmentation across TOF, MOF, and BOF campaigns
Create layered retargeting strategies by page visits, video views, and abandoned carts
Build and refresh lookalike audiences using high-value customer data
Launch lead magnet campaigns as needed to build warm retargeting pools
Ensure campaigns align with brand compliance and offer strategy
4. Reporting & Communication
Deliver daily Meta campaign report to Ads Manager by 10:00 AM:
Spend
Leads
CPL
ROAS
Budget changes
Test updates
Provide weekly summary on A/B test results and audience performance
Archive creatives by performance tier and prepare high-ROAS templates for scaling
Flag policy violations or disapproved ads immediately
Key Objectives & Results (OKRs):
Objective 1: Maintain Lead Generation Efficiency
Keep blended Meta CPL under target (set by Ads Manager)
Achieve 3%+ average CTR across prospecting campaigns
Launch 2 new ad creatives per week for testing
Objective 2: Maximize Campaign Profitability
Increase ROAS by 20% within first 60 days
Scale top-performing ads to 3x original budget while maintaining efficiency
Reduce unqualified lead volume by refining audience strategy
Objective 3: Strengthen Testing Discipline
Maintain rolling A/B tests on copy, headlines, and creatives at all times
Track and document test performance in centralized reporting file
Ensure all test winners are implemented in active scaling sets within 48 hours
Objective 4: Enforce Ad Platform Compliance
Maintain 100% compliance with Meta’s ad policies
Monitor account health, scorecard status, and feedback signals daily
Escalate any ad or account issues to Ads Manager immediately
Position Requirements:
Must manage Meta Ads Manager campaigns daily with full ownership of results
Must track all KPIs and provide daily insight on pacing, testing, and performance
Must collaborate with creative, offer, and CRO teams to ensure alignment
Must operate within a structured framework for tracking, attribution, and scaling
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years in Meta Ads management with direct-response performance focus
Proven experience lowering CPL and scaling profitable Meta campaigns
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and campaign diagnostics
Experience using attribution and tracking tools (e.g., UTM tags, GA4, pixel audits)
Capable of rapid deployment, creative testing, and funnel optimization
Excellent reporting discipline, trend recognition, and ad account hygiene practices
