Position Overview:

The Dealer Program Manager is responsible for managing and scaling Nomad Internet’s network of third-party dealers. This role oversees all dealer account activity, from onboarding and compliance to performance monitoring and contract enforcement. The manager ensures all dealers operate within approved pricing structures, deliver consistent sales volume, and represent the Nomad brand accurately. This position requires strong relationship management, operational discipline, and a data-driven approach to evaluating partner performance. The Dealer Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales.

1. Dealer Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Onboard new dealers with complete setup, training, and documentation

  • Conduct live training sessions and provide reference guides on products, pricing, and program policies

  • Serve as the point of contact for all dealer accounts, maintaining consistent communication

  • Provide support, address issues, and escalate risks as needed

  • Monitor satisfaction and engagement across active dealer partners

2. Pricing Integrity & Contract Compliance

  • Enforce approved pricing structures for all dealer partners

  • Audit promotional materials and public listings for pricing and brand accuracy

  • Monitor dealer websites, social posts, and sales materials to ensure contract adherence

  • Address and escalate any violations of discounting, false claims, or unauthorized messaging

  • Maintain an active contract database with compliance records for all dealers


3. Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales by dealer

  • Build live performance dashboards with dealer-specific KPIs

  • Identify underperforming dealers and recommend deactivation or coaching

  • Recognize and reward high-performing dealers with expanded opportunities

  • Collaborate with Fulfillment and Billing to streamline dealer support processes

4. Program Growth & Strategic Optimization

  • Identify underserved territories and target high-value prospective dealers

  • Launch recruitment efforts to bring in strategic regional and niche-market dealers

  • Work with Marketing to update branded materials, sales enablement kits, and dealer assets

  • Recommend updates to dealer tiers, commission models, or incentives based on performance

  • Maintain a centralized dealer directory with active status, sales history, and engagement notes

Key Objectives & Results (OKRs):

Objective 1: Enforce Pricing Integrity and Compliance

  • Audit 100% of dealer promotional content within 30 days

  • Maintain 100% contract compliance across all active dealers

  • Resolve violations within 72 hours of detection

Objective 2: Improve Dealer Sales Performance

  • Remove or restructure bottom 10% of inactive dealers

  • Increase average dealer sales volume by 25%

  • Launch weekly performance reporting and dealer ranking system by Week 6

Objective 3: Expand the Dealer Network

  • Recruit 10 new qualified dealers per quarter

  • Launch targeted outreach campaign by Week 4

  • Expand into 3 underserved regional markets by Quarter 1 close

Objective 4: Operationalize Dealer Program Structure

  • Launch real-time dashboard visibility by Week 3

  • Implement dealer tier system based on volume and compliance

  • Complete annual review framework for all active dealer accounts by Day 60

Position Requirements:

  • Must manage 50–150 dealer accounts simultaneously

  • Must enforce strict adherence to pricing, contracts, and brand standards

  • Must be able to evaluate partner ROI and make upgrade/termination decisions

  • Must collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, Billing, and Marketing to support dealer success

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in dealer, distributor, or partner account management

  • Strong enforcement experience in pricing integrity and contract compliance

  • Skilled in CRM usage, performance tracking, and channel reporting

  • Demonstrated success building or expanding channel networks

  • Excellent communication and escalation handling skills

  • Able to manage a mixed portfolio of large and boutique partners effectively
