Position Overview:

The RV Park Program Manager is responsible for managing Nomad Internet’s promotional partnerships with RV parks nationwide. This role ensures partner onboarding, activation, and reporting are handled with consistency, accuracy, and speed. The manager serves as the day-to-day point of contact for participating parks, providing program materials, handling inquiries, and enforcing compliance with brand and performance standards. The RV Park Program Manager is accountable for program growth, lead tracking integrity, and partner satisfaction, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

1. Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all RV park partners

  • Guide new park partners through onboarding, setup, and promotional execution

  • Ensure each park receives program collateral, training materials, and support access

  • Provide regular check-ins and maintain high satisfaction and engagement

  • Address partner questions, concerns, and troubleshooting requests promptly

2. Program Setup & Compliance

  • Ensure all new park activations are documented, geo-tagged, and mapped

  • Track inventory distribution and physical placement of promotional materials

  • Conduct regular compliance audits (signage in place, promo offer accurate)

  • Enforce contract terms and resolve deviations quickly

  • Maintain a clean master database of all active and inactive RV park partners

3. Lead Tracking & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure all leads originating from RV park locations are properly tagged and attributed

  • Track conversion rates, partner-generated sales volume, and ROI per park

  • Provide weekly reporting to the Director of Sales on program performance

  • Flag underperforming parks for review or re-engagement outreach

  • Identify top-performing parks for spotlight, incentive, or expanded partnership opportunities

4. Program Growth & Optimization

  • Identify high-potential regions and propose new park acquisition targets

  • Work with Sales and Marketing to refresh or test new promotional materials

  • Recommend changes to partner incentives or messaging based on performance data

  • Attend industry events (as applicable) to build awareness and sign new partners

  • Develop a park referral structure to allow current partners to introduce new locations

Key Objectives & Results (OKRs):

Objective 1: Streamline and Standardize Onboarding

  • Onboard 100% of new parks within 5 business days of signup

  • Deliver all program materials within 48 hours

  • Maintain onboarding satisfaction score above 90%

Objective 2: Improve Lead Attribution and Conversion Visibility

  • Achieve 100% lead tagging on all park-generated traffic

  • Provide weekly park-level reporting to the Director of Sales

  • Improve park-to-sale conversion rate by 20% by Quarter 2

Objective 3: Enforce Program Compliance

  • Audit 100% of active parks once per quarter

  • Flag and address non-compliance within 3 business days

  • Maintain >95% active compliance rate across all locations

Objective 4: Drive Partner Growth

  • Add 20 new park partners by end of Quarter 1

  • Expand 10 parks into upgraded or multi-site partnerships

  • Launch referral-based partner acquisition program by Week 8

Position Requirements:

  • Must manage 100+ partner accounts simultaneously

  • Must ensure all promotions are accurately tracked and attributable

  • Must maintain regular touchpoints with parks and resolve partner issues within 48 hours

  • Must coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Activations to support partner success

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in partner account management, channel sales, or retail program coordination

  • Experience with distributed promotional programs or physical partner networks

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Proficiency in lead attribution systems, CRM tools, and reporting software

  • Ability to travel (as needed) for partner visits, events, or compliance checks

  • Self-motivated and highly organized in managing high-volume, multi-location programs
