Follow these instructions to set up your 7-day trial and decide if Nomad is right for you.

  1. Go to NomadInternet.com

  2. Choose your internet plan and modem

  3. Check out—no contracts, no credit check, no service charge 👉 Just pay a small shipping fee

📦 Step 2: Receive Your Modem

  • Your Nomad Dragon modem will arrive pre-activated and ready to use

  • No technician or setup appointment needed

  • Inside the box:

    • Nomad modem

    • Power cable

    • Quick start card

    • Recycle return instructions (in case you decide not to keep it)

🔌 Step 3: Plug It In & Power Up

  1. Find a spot near a window with good signal (helpful, but not required)

  2. Plug in the modem and turn it on

  3. Wait for the lights to turn solid green or blue

  4. Connect your devices via WiFi or Ethernet (network info is on the device label)

🚀 Step 4: Activate Your Free Trial

  1. Go to ActivateNomad.com

  2. Enter your device info and contact details

  3. That’s it—you’re now enjoying 7 days of unlimited, high-speed internet

🔓 You may see optional upgrades or plan offers during your trial—these are not required but available if you'd like to continue or enhance service.

❤️ Step 5: Love It? Keep Going

  • Anytime during your 7-day trial, you can upgrade to a full Nomad plan

  • Your service will continue without interruption—same device, same network

  • No new setup or hardware swap needed

  1. Go to RecycleNomad.com

  2. Request a prepaid return label

  3. Pack your modem and drop it off—no return fees, no hassles

♻️ Your modem will be cleaned and prepped for another customer to use.
