After submitting the form, we’ll email you:

* A **prepaid return shipping label**
* Instructions on how to pack and ship your modem

✅ **Important:** You will not be charged for returning the modem as long as it’s postmarked before the **14-day trial ends**.

#### 3. **Ship the Modem Back to Us**

Pack your modem securely in the original box (or similar safe packaging), attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location. That’s it!
