Dragon Gateway – Easy First‑Time Setup Guide

Goal: Get online fast in three parts – Power ⚡, Activate ✅, and Personalize 🛠️. Keep this page open on your phone or laptop while you work.

PART 1 Power ⚡ & Placement

  1. 🏷️ Check the box – Gateway, 6 antennas, power adapter.

  2. 🔌 Attach antennas – hand‑tighten 4 labeled 5G/4G ports + 2 labeled Wi‑Fi ports. Keep them straight up.

  3. 🪟 Pick a spot – near a window, off the floor, away from metal or microwaves.

  4. 🔋 Plug it in & press POWER – System light blinks white (booting). Wait up to 15 min until Wi‑Fi light is solid white.

PART 2 Activate ✅ (one‑time)

  1. 📱 Go to activatenomad.com on any phone/computer.

  2. ✍️ Fill in order # and Gateway IMEI/ICCID (shown on box or bottom label).

  3. 🎉 Activation Complete message appears.

  4. ⏲️ Leave the Gateway on for 2 hours. Provisioning finishes in the background—don’t unplug!

PART 3 Personalize 🛠️

A Access the Admin Portal 🌐

  1. 📶 Connect to the default Wi‑Fi (name & password on bottom label) or plug in an Ethernet cable.

  2. 🖥️ Open a browser ➜ type mynetworksettings.com or https://192.168.0.1 (tap Advanced → Proceed if you see a warning).

  3. 🔑 Log in with the Network Settings Password (bottom label).

B Set the Cellular APN 📡

  1. Menu: Advanced → Network Connections / Cellular.

  2. Edit the active profile → APN ➜ type V5GA01INTERNET.

  3. 💾 Save → Reboot Router when prompted.

C Rename Your Wi‑Fi & Change Password 🔒

  1. Menu: Basic → Wi‑Fi → Primary Network.

  2. ✏️ Wi‑Fi Name (SSID): pick something you like.

  3. 🔐 Wi‑Fi Password: 8–63 letters/numbers (mix upper/lowercase for strength).

  4. ✅ Apply → reconnect devices using the new info.

D Add Custom DNS 🌍 (Optional)

  1. Menu: Advanced → Network Settings → DNS Server.

  2. ➕ Add DNS Entry → enter preferred DNS (e.g., 1.1.1.1 Cloudflare or 8.8.8.8 Google).

  3. 💾 Apply → reboot or renew DHCP on your devices.
