How Do I Activate My Modem?

Each modem we send includes a set-up guide sheet. In most cases, this is all you need to complete your setup and start receiving the best rural wireless internet service in the country!

To begin, please download the Nomad Internet app from your App Store or Google Play Store. Once you download the Nomad Internet app, locate “Activate” from the bottom tool bar.

You will need your IMEI and ICCID (Sim Card number) handy, as well as, the email address you used to order your Nomad modem.

Please follow the prompts to activate your Nomad Internet services.
