Instead of purchasing a modem outright, we’re now offering an affordable monthly modem rental. This way, you can enjoy Nomad Internet with fewer upfront costs and more flexibility. It’s a win-win!

What If I Don’t Want the Premier Plan?

We get it! Everyone has different needs. If you feel like our Standard Modem Rental is better suited for you, here’s what you’re missing out on by downgrading:

• No live phone support — you’ll still have access to email and chat assistance, but phone support is reserved for Premier members.

• Legend Modem Rental Pricing— As an existing Nomad Legend Custtomer, you will lose the legacy reduced pricing you have now.

• Equipment Protection- You’ll be responsible for any accidental damage to your modem, and repairs won’t be covered for free.

• Enterprise-Grade & Advanced Security- You’ll need to take extra precautions from potential cyber-threats.

• Express Replacement Service- You may experience longer wait times for replacements.

• No 24/7 monitoring. While your modem will still work great, you won’t have that extra layer of always-on supervision.

How to Downgrade to the Standard Plan

Step 2: in the Nomad Live Chat box, type “remove premier add on” and then select the follow menu options
