How to Restore Your Service After Payment

Here’s what you can do to get back up and running:
1. Wait 2 hours after your payment for the modem to automatically reconnect.
2. If your service hasn’t restored after 2 hours, try power cycling your modem. This is as simple as unplugging the modem from the power outlet, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.
