How to Update Your Payment Method in Chargebee

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for updating your payment method in the Chargebee billing portal.


Step-by-Step Instructions

You have two options for updating your payment information:

Visit: https://nomad-internet.chargebee.com/portal/v2/login?forward=portal_payment_methods

Option 1: Keep Your Existing Payment Method



  1. Select your current payment option

    • Look for your payment method labeled as "Primary Payment Method"

    • Click to select it


  2. Click "Edit Payment Method"

    • On the next screen, click the "Edit Payment Method" button



  3. Verify your details

    • Review all payment information carefully

    • Ensure all details are accurate (card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.)

  4. Click "Update"

    • Click the "Update" button to save your changes


Done! Your payment method has been updated.


Option 2: Add a New Payment Method

  1. Select "Add New"

    • Click the "Add New" option


  2. Enter your payment details

    • Enter your new card information

    • OR enter bank account details

    • OR select Apple Pay


  3. Click "Add"

    • Click the "Add" button to save your new payment method

Done! Your new payment method has been added.
