Every modem we ship undergoes a strict process to ensure quality:
Refurbishing and Testing: We refurbish, clean, and test each modem to ensure it meets our high standards. All modems are upgraded with the latest firmware to guarantee peak performance.
Documentation of IMEI and ICCID: Each modem is carefully documented, including its unique IMEI and ICCID numbers. These numbers are essential for activation once the modem arrives.
Packing and Branding: We package each modem securely to ensure it arrives safely. Our branding process ensures you know you're receiving an official Nomad Internet modem.
4. Shipping and Tracking
Once your modem has passed quality control, we ship it via our trusted shipping partner through ShipStation, ensuring quick and reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Our shipping partners are efficient, and depending on your location, your modem can typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Activation and Setup
