Instead of paying for a service you won’t be using, the Travel Upgrade Add-On offers a convenient and affordable solution.

For just $19.95 per month, this add-on allows you to hit pause on your subscription service while keeping your modem ready to fire back up when you need it! You can pause for up to 6 months per year, with two 3-month pauses available. It’s like giving your internet service a break while you enjoy yours!

How Do I Pause My Service? 🛑

If you added the Travel Add-On when you activated your modem, pausing your service is as easy as 1-2-3!

Just follow these steps:

1. Contact Our Support Team: When you’re ready to pause, shoot us an email at support@nomadinternet.com. Our friendly support team will make it happen quickly and efficiently!

2. Keep Paying the Travel Add-On Fee: While your plan subscription will be paused, you’ll still pay the $19.95/month Travel Add-On fee and any modem rental fees (if applicable). This ensures your modem stays ready for action whenever you’re ready to reconnect!

3. Pause for Up to 3 Months at a Time: You can pause your service for up to 3 months at a time, twice a year. That’s 6 months of flexible pausing! Need a break for summer, winter, or whenever life takes you away from Wi-Fi? No problem!

4. Unpause When You’re Ready: When you’re ready to jump back online, just contact us again at support@nomadinternet.com, and we’ll unpause your service in no time!
