Review Modem: Tips and Tricks

Move your Air to different parts of your home or business. Ensure your modem is completely free of obstructions and is placed in or near a window on the highest floor of your home or business. This alone can improve signal quality to the closest tower near you. 

If your speeds ever stay "stuck" lower than what you expect, reboot your modem by simply unplugging from power and plugging back in to refresh your connection!

Place near a window but not in direct sunlight. 

Put at the highest location you can above ground level (not in a basement). 

Make sure your modem is clear from obstructions and interference from other electronic devices.

Keep outside of cabinets or locations that can get excessively hot.
