If your modem is lost or damaged beyond repair, replacements under Free Basic Support follow standard processing times, which may take a bit longer. With Nomad Premier, you get Express Replacement Service, which ensures a speedy modem replacement.

3. No Priority Customer Support 🏃‍♂️

While we’ll still help you with all your issues, Free Basic Support doesn’t include priority access to our support team. This means your inquiries will be handled in the order they are received, without the fast-tracked assistance available to Nomad Premier customers.

4. No Protection from Natural Disasters 🌪️

If your modem is damaged due to a natural disaster (like a hurricane or flood), Free Basic Support does not cover the costs of repairs or replacement. Nomad Premier Support, on the other hand, offers protection even in extreme situations.

5. No Annual Device Upgrades 🔄

With Free Basic Support, you’ll keep the same modem unless you decide to purchase an upgrade yourself. In Nomad Hero Support (part of the Nomad Premier package), customers receive annual device upgrades, ensuring they always have the latest technology.

Free Basic Support does not include access to rewards, discounts, or early access to new Nomad products and services, which are perks provided to Nomad Premier customers.
