Once your Nomad modem is delivered back to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your Nomad modem to be processed, inspected and tested accordingly.   

\*Please note: Nomad __cannot__ begin your return and refund process until your Nomad Internet modem has been delivered back to our warehouse. Please contact us on our live chat at www.nomadinternet.com or email us at support@nomadinternet.com to receive a prepaid shipping label!
